How to stay Productive ๐

Hey friends,
How has the week been? Hope you have been keeping safe and healthy?
Today, I will be sharing some tips on how to stay productive.ย When you are productive, your body and mind become very active.
1) Do some exercise: Yes, do you know that at least ten minutes of exercise can keep you active and make your brain stay alert?ย Exercise helps in reducing brain fog, do some exercise today๐.
2) Always say positive affirmations: I have been sharing some positive affirmations with you, have you been saying them? Keep speaking positive words.
3) Be creative: As children, we are very creative, I do a lot of creative things, I pick up random items in the house and make a beautiful piece out of it๐
4) Play games: Oh yes! All work and no play makes Kayla an idle girl, play video games, scrabble and build blocks. These keeps my mind active.
5) Rest: Do you know resting keeps your mind very active too๐ Resting makes your mental health healthy.
