How to stay Productive 😊

Hey friends,

How has the week been? Hope you have been keeping safe and healthy?

Today, I will be sharing some tips on how to stay productive.  When you are productive, your body and mind become very active.

1) Do some exercise: Yes, do you know that at least ten minutes of exercise can keep you active and make your brain stay alert?  Exercise helps in reducing brain fog, do some exercise today🙂.

2) Always say positive affirmations: I have been sharing some positive affirmations with you, have you been saying them? Keep speaking positive words.

3) Be creative: As children, we are very creative, I do a lot of creative things, I pick up random items in the house and make a beautiful piece out of it😂

4) Play games: Oh yes! All work and no play makes Kayla an idle girl, play video games, scrabble and build blocks. These keeps my mind active.

5) Rest: Do you know resting keeps your mind very active too😇 Resting makes your mental health healthy.
